My post is overdue although not from any lack of deserving but just the opposite. I can only begin to tell you that Rob Grabeklis is by far the best realtor that I’ve ever had. Rob sold my townhouse in Murrells Inlet and closed on my new single family home in Myrtle Beach in September 2023. Just since 2008 I have bought and sold 5 other homes not to include the ones prior. So it’s far to say I have had some experience with the process and working with realtors. Throughout every step of the selling and buying process Robert Grabeklis was extremely thorough and informative. Every form that I needed to read and sign he reviewed it with me step by step on the phone or in person and made sure to ask if if I understood and/or had any questions. Every question was answered and if he needed to check on something he got back to me on it in a timely fashion. In my past experience with realtors I was just given documents to read and sign on my own and was instructed to reach out if I had any questions none of which cared or seemed to care in the manner in which Robert Grabeklis does in helping and caring for his clients. Robert Grabeklis is as PASSIONATE as anyone could be about his ultimate goal of making his clients happy and finding them their home. Anyone who has ever bought and/or sold a home knows how stressful it is. It’s actually in the top three stressors to go through in life although having Robert on your team he will do anything and everything in his power to make the entire process go as smoothly as possible. He’ll go above and beyond to help elevate any stress for you. Heck he’ll even walk your dog to get him out of the house to allow for a showing. When the deal is done he’s still there for you and will continue to be. Follow up is important to him he’ll check in with you from time to time to see if he can be of any help or assistance with owning a new home. One things for sure Robert Grabeklis is an outstanding relator and if you’re as blessed as I have been you’ll find a friend in him as well. I couldn’t possibly recommend him any more and if I find myself in a position to sell again you bet I’ll be calling on him to get it done.
